Though this is usually all for getting the Admiral (technically the player for the games, viewer for the anime) to notice her, due to her less than subtle crush on them. It also kind of contrasts some of her sisters (namely the quiet, wife-like Haruna and the brainy Kirishima), making her stand out a bit more (the remaining sister, Hiei, on the other hand is almost a second Kongou). Despite her loudness, she's also very caring. Often willing to be the one that people can lean on for support or just for needing a shoulder to cry on. This tends to play off the fact that, ship age wise, she's the oldest out of all the other ship girls, despite being much younger looking human-wise. HISTORY KanColle really has nothing for history. The game is just a web gacha game basically. The anime doesn't really delve into anything either.
